Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Kupa Medya (Gökçe Plaza, Limad Cd. 64. Sk. No:16/3, Yakuplu, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul) as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we process

Your full name, mobile number and email address submitted through the contact form, and the date and time of submission.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data only to get back to you at your request and to hold a preliminary conversation about a possible collaboration, based on KVKK art. 5/2-c (necessary to enter into a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). It is never used for marketing.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties. It is stored securely only on the servers of our hosting providers, and may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Retention

If no business relationship is formed, your data is deleted or anonymised within one year after your request is concluded.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your requests to info@kupamedya.com.
